Improve Concentration

Concentration is mental toughness and can be cultivated by controlling your thoughts. If you want to concentrate, choose your thoughts wisely rather than choosing immediate gratification. Start using self-enquiry – identify the factors that are affecting your concentration and cultivate activities that boost your concentration.
The simple thing to follow is when you are playing, focus on the play; when you are watching entertainment, enjoy the show; and while working, be attentive to your work. To concentrate better, stop doing multitasking.
